01// PROVOKE PASSION
We speak to the calling of a heart by the moving of the Holy Spirit and it's desire to pursue a God-sized vision to impact a lost and needy world of teenagers. (Matt 28:19-20)
02// PURSUE AUTHENTICITY
We commit to living a holy lifestyle, committing to a life of prayer and modeling one's home, family and relationships after Christ. We stand on the truth of the Bible as the authoritative Word of God for life & practice. (Matt 22: 37-38)
03// SEEK ACCOUNTABILITY
We acknowledge unity through relationships and trust, a life that is transparent with others through honest personal discipleship. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another”. (Prov. 27:17)
04// ENCOURAGE TENACITY
We encourage youth workers towards longevity & stability in their calling. (Ps 1:2-3) Our critical challenge is to recurve the turnover and burnout of those in youth ministry together.
